    A Message From Our Founder

Built On Honesty, Backed By Experience

    Sam Proctor

    Sam Proctor

    Founder

I started Highvale Plumbing & Drains because I was tired of hearing the same story from homeowners: tradespeople who turned up late, quoted one price then charged another, or left a mess behind them. Over the past 20 years, we've built our business on doing the opposite, treating every home in Highvale and across Brisbane with the same care we'd want for our own family.

That same commitment drives everything we do today, from a simple tap washer replacement to a complex sewer line repair. I'm proud of the team we've built and the reputation we've earned, and I remain personally invested in making sure every customer receives the honest, tidy and reliable service we promise from the first phone call to the final handshake.
